A&G Healthcare Services Announces Agreement with TriZetto??s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Division

A&G Healthcare Services, a national leader in technology based re-pricing and cost containment solutions, announced it will provide electronic re-pricing to TriZetto??s Business Process Outsourcing Division. These services include secondary PPO re-pricing through Amera-Net, A&G??s National Travel Wrap PPO network for coverage of out-of-network related claims. A&G will electronically interface with TriZetto through ClaimsExchange??, TriZetto??s proprietary routing service. Using this same connected strategy, A&G is also working with many other TriZetto Payer and Benefits Administration organizations.
TriZetto??s OSG outsourced services help third-party administrators and other payer organizations reduce administrative costs, so they can offer more affordable, efficient health care coverage for employer groups. TriZetto??s OSG services include the design and administration of medical, dental, vision and prescription drug programs, workers?? compensation and disability claims administration and employee benefits consulting. Online services include benefit enrollments, changes and terminations, benefit information, claims status and customer service.
In addition to using Amera-Net as a travel network for members, TriZetto??s OSG will employ several other services offered by A&G. If a claim fails to receive a discount through the Amera-Net network of providers, a skilled and dedicated group of professional claims negotiators will attempt to achieve a discount by working with providers directly. TriZetto??s OSG will also use the proprietary IView system on an enterprise-wide basis to view, track, account for, and report on all claims that pass through the A&G portal.
