Components of a business letter ? Writing Help And Speaking Advice

A letter is a form of written communication is used worldwide. Different types of letters are used in different situations. Formal letters are used, for example, for official purposes, while informal letters intended for family and friends.

A business letter is a type of formal letter. It is used for the exchange of information between different companies agents, i.e., customers, shareholders, suppliers, government officials, etc.

Every kind of letter has a set of components that are common to different styles of undertakings in writing. Components are:

9. signature of the sender in this section includes the signature and the name of the sender. It can also contain the name of the sender.

10. annexes on any further document or document sent by letter, and then the number and title is mentioned in the enclosure.

11. CC CC means postage free copies. It is an optional section that contains a list of persons and their addresses will require a copy of the letter, together with attachments, if any.
